12/09/2023 – Sinsila Center for Urban Transformation and the Halabah Project have embarked on an exciting partnership aimed at renewing and revitalizing the city of Sakhnin. This collaboration began with a visit to Sakhnin and a lecture delivered by Tareq Nassar, the architect, urban planner, and founder of Sinsila Center.

During the lecture, attendees had the privilege of hearing about various solutions and interventions that can be implemented to encourage movement, communication, and community empowerment within different areas of the city. The event was attended by dedicated employees from various municipal departments, including Engineering, Education, and Social Welfare.

 

This meeting was truly eye-opening, highlighting the potential for positive change within our city, and we excited to be part of this transformative journey
